week three: candle of peace
“Angel’s Candle” reminding us of the message of the angels: “Peace on Earth, Good Will Toward Men.”

We celebrate advent because the four candles represent the four weeks before christmas and on christmas Jesus was born. Every Sunday starting the first Sunday of December you light one candle every Sunday and on christmas you light the last candle and the Jesus candle or the white candle. The first candle is hope and it is purple, the second one is love and it is also purple, the third one is joy and it is pink or rose, the last on is the peace candle and it is also purple, the very last candle is the christ candle and it is white.
